Fall 2024 Business Building C-Level Leadership Mastermind

Lead more effectively, scale your business, adapt to challenges, share your knowledge, and learn from your peers.

Bring real-life challenges to a team of leadership experts as well as your Founder and C-level peers in this engaging series. Meet regularly from September 2024 to March 2025 with a group of people in a similar business-building stage, learn from each other and sustain accountability.

Here’s how it works:

Program Components

1. A 90-minute session, 1x/month with the entire group (no more than 24 people) Combination of learning new leadership topics/ Q&A/ coaching/ activities. These will take the form of a short, science-based overview of a key leadership topic each session Topics will include:

  • The role of the Leader (including setting vision, inspiring communication, knowing what to delegate and how)
  • Effective Feedback and Speaking your truth (being forthcoming)
  • Building Trust and Psychological safety
  • A culture of Accountability and Ownership
  • Developing your Team
  • Connection in a hybrid world
  • Leader as Coach (using the right leadership skill at the right time and how to help people solve their own challenges)
  • Leading through change/ building resilience
  • Leading with a Strengths Lens
  • Leading leaders: managing your senior staff; how to manage people who manage people
  • Building confidence in your team
  • Thriving as a leader

2. This is followed by the group masterminding on a topic brought by member(s) of the group. Masterminding is a structured, facilitated process which involves identifying a key challenge and working with the wisdom and experience of the group to provide potential solutions.

A typical large group session will be structured as follows:

  • 15 minutes – debrief learnings from last session
  • 45 minutes – new topic around leadership and scaling your business using evidence-based frameworks and techniques
  • 30 minutes – coaching and/or small group activity

This will be a very interactive and action-biased 90 minutes designed to provide you the tools to succeed and the opportunity to learn from others and share your experience.

3. Small Group Peer Coaching, led by Susan or Andy

The Small Group Peer Coaching breaks the larger group into cohorts of six or so people to meet 1x/month for 60-minutes and dig deep on specific challenges you are facing. In these sessions, 2-3 people get to share a topic for peer coaching (15 -20 minutes each)

Everyone will walk away with commitments or accountability to group for next month

Consider this course if you:

  • Are a C-Suite Leader, Founder, President or C-Level executive.
  • Lead a team dedicated to accomplishing hard goals and solving problems
  • Have at least 25 people in your organization and are working to scale your business
  • Could use some outside perspective on the questions you’re facing
  • Would benefit from having catalyzing conversations with people in similar situations as well as specialists in leadership

Program Kickoff:

A 60-minute kick-off session will take place on September 25 at 00:00 ET/00:00 PT. The 90-minute Large Group sessions will be  Tuesdays 00:00 ET/00:00 PT and the the Small Group sessions will take place on Mondays (led by Susan) and Tuesdays (led by Andy), your decide which day works best for you,

Your Commitments

  • This is a group which meets 2x/month for a total of 2.5 hours; your involvement and participation are what drives the value of this meeting. So, we ask people to commit this time to your calendar and attend on a regular basis.
  • Be present and speak up; turn off notifications and be prepared to share your experience
  • Bring your own challenges to the group for their input. This might be around funding, creating a viable product fit, organizational structure, hiring, etc.

 

How Much Does this Cost?

  • $3800 per person, including two monthly sessions , recap of each meeting, access to the library of evidence based leadership  tools and frameworks. This is billed in five monthly increments of $760 or pay in full up front and save 10% (total of $3420).
